1Use of Data
BrandSpy is an analytical tool. You agree not to use extracted data to violate third-party copyrights (e.g., cloning designs 1:1). The tool is intended for inspiration and learning purposes only.
2No Warranty
We analyze websites as-is. We are not responsible if a site changes its code and the analysis fails. Results may vary depending on how websites are built.
3Account Termination
We reserve the right to ban users for abusive scraping behavior. This includes excessive requests, attempts to bypass rate limits, or any activity that violates the terms of the websites being analyzed.
4Accuracy of Heuristics
BrandSpy uses deterministic math and heuristics to estimate design tokens (such as typography scales, APCA contrast, and 8-point grids). These scores are analytical estimates based on raw CSS and are not guaranteed to exactly match the original designer's source files.
